submitted by Max R. - |Recommended: YesCollege living experience — So far its very nice. Everyone here is pretty chill and its kept very neat. Its quiet too which is a plus for me. Overall a decent living space for living in Chicago while in school.
response from property -Hello and thank you very much for such a positive review. We truly appreciate you here at The Flats!
submitted by Alexandre J. - |Recommended: YesGood studio but noisy — The building is clean, and the studio is in good condition overall. However, there are a couple of noise issues. The ventilation from the corridor is too strong, causing a constant draft through the edges of my door, which creates persistent noise, even at night. Additionally, the fridge is quite noisy, adding to the disturbance.
response from property -Thank you for your input, we're working to make sure every experience is pleasant at The Flats!
submitted by Austen S. - |Recommended: YesReview — Overall very solid, room has a very simple and clean aesthetic that I appreciate and very generous amenities relative to what other buildings would likely provide. My only real complaint is that the AC and fridge can both be somewhat noisy.
